I drive 45 minutes just to have my car serviced here. The dealership in Williamsburg is too busy to call me back and I never have that experience in Gloucester. They are a small operation and run an honest business. Very thankful they are in the area!!

After ubering for almost an hour & 20 minutes. The team was very helpful. They stayed with me until it was almost closing time to ensure I can leave with the 4Runner so my efforts were not wasted. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and were very straight forward with my options. This Dealership is one of the few many HONEST dealerships out there. Highly recommend them.

Finance was the best part, but overall a good solid experience! I would come back!

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Venza. Very happy with my purchase. The salesmen was great, he was personable and made us feel comfortable and at home. A few complaints, the vehicle only came with one key, keys are $500 it would have been nice for them to provide another key. They also didn’t clean the vehicle or fill it up with gas. When you spend 30k+ those are the little details that keep the customer coming back.

I stopped in the Gloucester Toyota on Saturday afternoon, a beautiful day after all the cold and bad weather. I found myself possibly needing a new car in a very limited time. I was driving a Lexus but had decided I wanted to try a Toyota. The Toyota Dealership was so much closer to me than the Lexus Dealership. What a wonderful experience. Taylor came out immediately and asked if he could help us and he did. My daughter, her boyfriend and I were shown around. We came in to look at one car but ended up liking the Land Cruiser Highlander. Taylor was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called Taylor on Monday and asked if he was available to sell a car and I arrived 45 minutes later. Everything went smoothly with no problems. I was then off to finance, and Jeff Flynn did an excellent job. Friendly, Courteous and Knowledgeable. Everything when through smoothly here and I was out in no time! I look forward to having Gloucester Toyota as my dealership. I see only good things in the future. I met several of the other staff members and they all appear to have the same work ethic. Ours was an internet sale, but the car was prepped beautifully when it arrived and the sales staff was very thorough in describing features and how to work them when we picked the car up.

First, I had to decide exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. That took three months and many test drives. Gloucester Toyota was very patient with me and I was under no pressure to buy. Once that decision was made, the vehicle I wanted was not readily available within several hundred miles. Gloucester Toyota, namely Devin Rogers, went to work and found one. It was on the lot two days later. I bought it. This firm, and Devin, were such a pleasure to work with.
