I brought my 2014 Camry in with foreboding. The transmission seemed to be going bad. I was informed that the warranty was extended because of a factory problem with the torque converter and the problem would be fixed under warranty. Very good news. They also told me my car would be ready to pick up on Thursday and it was ready Wednesday at noon. Everyone was kind and friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.

I have been corresponding with the sales manager at Gloucester Toyota in the search for a reliable used vehicle¿ and they have been very accommodating in providing any information that I have requested thus far. The prices and inventory are very fair, the vehicles are very clean, and have been looked over thoroughly to ensure that there are no mechanical issues. The sun visor on our 2013 Prius has come loose and hangs down on two separate occasions. On this most recent repair the dealership was very prompt and efficient, made the repair without an appointment and didn't charge us. Holly and Justin are exceptional employees and a pleasure to deal with. Haven't experienced service like this from other dealerships.

I enjoyed the experience. Jason sold me a Rav4. He knew the car and all its features. Neither he nor the manager tried the hard sale on extended warranties or any other type of upselling, because I started the discussion with "No." I really like the "small town" approach of this dealership. I have bought cars before in Williamsburg and in Newport News off Rt 143. Those experiences are always painful and dreadful with high pressure sales tactics and sales reps who often do not know the vehicles they are trying to sell. This is much better and I would recommend this dealership
